Terms of Service

1. Definitions

These terms of service apply to the Lemsio educational technology platform ("Platform") developed and operated by MU Yazılım ("Company") and all applications offered through this platform (Lemsio MoqoTest, Lemsio Tenis, Lemsio Deneme, Lemsio Mini and other applications to be added in the future — collectively "Services").

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• You need to create an account to use the platform services.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and preventing unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• Users under 18 may only use the Platform through educational institutions or legal guardians.

3. Service Usage Rules

Users are obligated to comply with the following rules:

• Using the Platform only for legal purposes
• Not violating the rights of other users
• Avoiding actions that could damage the technical infrastructure of the Platform
• Not uploading or sharing copyrighted content without authorization
• Not collecting or processing personal data of third parties without consent

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, applications, designs, logos, source code and all other content are the intellectual property of MU Yazılım.

Intellectual property rights of content uploaded by users to the Platform belong to the respective user.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

• Paid services are offered at the stated prices. Prices include VAT.
• Subscriptions are valid for the selected period and do not auto-renew.
• Payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure PayTR.
• Full refund is provided within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Service Level

The Platform is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Platform may be temporarily closed for maintenance, updates and improvements.

7. Liability Limitations

• The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from Platform usage.
• Legal liability arising from content uploaded by users belongs to the respective user.
• The Company's total liability cannot exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Account Suspension and Deletion

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these terms.

Users can request deletion of their accounts at any time.

9. Change Notification

These terms of service may be updated. Important changes will be notified.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
