This privacy policy contains information about the processing of personal data collected by the Lemsio platform and its sub-applications (Lemsio MoqoTest, Lemsio Tenis, Lemsio Deneme, Lemsio Mini and other applications to be added in the future) operated by MU Yazılım ("Company").

2. Data Collected

The following personal data is collected on the platform:

• Identity Information: First name, last name, username
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number
• Educational Data: School/institution name, class info, exam results, student answers
• Payment Information: Payment data is processed directly by the payment provider (PayTR); credit card information is not stored on Company servers
• Technical Data: IP address, browser information, session data, cookies

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating platform services
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Processing payment transactions
• Providing technical support
• Improving service quality and analysis
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose. When you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for legal retention obligations. Payment records are retained for 10 years as required by law.

The platform uses mandatory cookies for session management and user preferences. These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the service and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are not used.

7. Third-Party Sharing

• PayTR: For secure processing of payment transactions
• Zoho Mail: For providing email communications
• Server infrastructure provider: For hosting the platform

• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• Knowing third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction if data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• Requesting deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK
• Objecting to a result arising against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
